AAUW advocates for women and girls as we strive toward equal pay for equal work,
equal opportunities in education, and equal representation in areas of leadership. The
Plymouth-Canton branch has been operating for over 70 years.
Requirement for full membership: Any individual with an Associate degree (or equivalent, such as an R.N.), Bachelor’s degree or higher degree from a higher education institution or other qualified educational institution is eligible for membership.
Student membership is for people still attending college or university.
Community membership is available in the Plymouth-Canton branch for anyone
without a degree who upholds the ideals of AAUW and wants to participate in a local
branch.
